Upon termination for breach, jilin01 may withhold any balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism applicable to licensed online gaming operators.
Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines. You irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of the Philippine courts for this purpose.
